Soft covers allow you to easily remove and
get them out of the way, but they are not
secure! Some Folding Covers out there
don't fold completely out of the way, or

CONSTRUCTION: The BAKFlip is built
from extremely tough, scratch resistant UV-Protected
ABS laminate panels (this is actually a few grades better
than the plastic material used by the automakers on
the step of rear bumpers) so it has the look, texture,
and quality that perfectly matches the trim on your
truck!! These
panels will not crack, warp, fade, rust, or corrode
as each panel has a core of very rigid resin based honeycomb
core that is impervious to water. Each panel is
then framed in powder coated, aircraft quality aluminum
for a lifetime of indestructible use which gives it
the strength to easily handle up to 200lbs. of evenly
distributed weight. NOTE: Beds 69 inches
or shorter have 3 folding panels, longer beds have 4
folding panels!

The cover folds in one direction and folds ALL THE WAY FORWARD and all panels
lock into place against the back of the cab against

- NO DRILLING. Just 3 Self Backing Clamps on each
side to hold the side mounting rails in place...that's

water to penetrate the panels or the hinge areas ensuring

SECURITY:
Each panel automatically latches to both
sides of your truck bed! When your tailgate is

fold up all the way to the cab, loosen 2 Easy To Remove
Nylon Wing- Nuts that hold the cover in place and pop
off the struts and the cover is off the truck in about

tailgate is the key that gives you access to the cover!
